This was a cute farmhouse starter home in the heart of Ladera Ranch where the streets are tree lined and flowerbeds are surrounded by white picket fences. The ideal client would be a young family who loved to take strolls in the evening and walk to the local playground. The house was small and the layout was unique, so I chose a neutral modern palette, creating a fun cozy vibe where clients could see themselves cuddled up on the couch or opening up the French doors for true California living.
