What a gift when I get to work with the agent from the beginnings of renovation. This home had been well loved for many years, but it was time for a complete update. The layout was a little difficult, and with the dark paint, floors and furnishings, we wanted to give it a brand new fresh modern new look. Choosing floors, paint, light fixtures and giving it a little TLC was a good start. Then we topped it off with a shabby chic decor and furnishings, inspired by the white picket fence and blooming flowers in the family friendly neighborhood, it was a complete success!
