This beautiful home in Ladera Ranch was a partial staging, which means that we utilized a few of their pieces and brought in our own furniture and accessories to pull the home together. We often give the owner (and agent) a quick tour of what we would recommend before we bring our pieces in, including what to simplify and get rid of, what to move, and where we would bring in our pieces. Overall we think this whole home was blended together very well!
